A felt sense that you are different, even from a young age, can be incredibly difficult. You will be taught how to monitor and notice certain patterns of thinking that may be an issue for you. Next, we will show you the links to how they make you act and feel. Using a compassionate approach you will then be supported to break these patterns, which in turn will improve your mood and reduce your anxiety. We all have tricky brains; when you start to notice your particular patterns we can individualise your treatment for you and for your parents/caregivers to support you in being successful even after therapy has ended.

Watch this video for more information on what CBT is.
